Ali Abdihoxha (sh. Ali Abdihodža, 1929 – 15. septembar 2014) bio je albanski pisac.

Život

Sudjelovao je u Narodnooslobodilačkoj borbi Albanije u Drugom svjetskom ratu. Nakon oslobođenja zemlje, nastavio je viši studij na Institutu za književnost Maksima Gorkog u Moskvi.

Tijekom svog života bio je zadužen za važne zadatke u oblasti nacionalne kulture i obrazovanja, vršeći također dužnost zamjenika ministra obrazovanja. Neko je vrijeme bio i direktor izdavačke kuće "Naim Frashëri". U romanima i pripovijetkama dolazi do izražaja njegovog rodoljubnog duha. Zahvaljujući svom talentu i nesebičnom radu, Ali Abdihoxha postat će jedan od najpoznatijih prozaista albanske književnosti socijalističkog razdoblja, u čijim se djelima podiže spomenik dječacima, djevojčicama i ljudima koji su se borili protiv okupatora.

Posljednjih godina svog života Abdihoxha se povukao iz književnog života, odbivši čak i brojne zahtjeve za intervjuima o kulturi i književnosti.

Djela

U romanu Tri boje vremena (Tri ngjyrat e kohës, 1965–1972) vraća se partizanskoj tematici i ratnom razdoblju, a objavio je i romane Jedna burna jesen (Një vjeshtë me stuhi, 1959), priče San i svjetlost (Ëndra dhe dritë, 1963), romane Veliki dvoboj (Dueli i madh, 1975), Vile u predrađu (Vila në periferi, 1982), Kronika jedne noći (Kronika e një nate, 1984), Izazov (Sfida, 1987), Palače (Sarajet, 1997), Cijena jedne pustolovine (Çmimi i një aventure, 2006).[1]
