Denopamin je kardiotonični lek koji deluje kao agonist beta-1 adrenergičkog receptora.[5] On se koristi u lečenju angine[6] i potencionalno može da nađe primenu u tretmanu zatajenja srca[7] i čišćenja edama pluća.[8]
