U T-limfocitima, CXCL13 ekspresija se smatra odrazom germinalnog centra porekla T-ćelija. Otuda, CXCL13 izražavanje u T-ćelijskim limfomima, kao što su angioimunoblastni T-ćelijski limfomi, se smatra da ukazuje na germinalno poreklo neoplastičnih T-ćelija.[8]
