Brusnica obyčajná (iné názvy: brusnica pravá[1], brusnica čučoriedka pravá[2][3]; lat. Vaccinium vitis-idaea, Rhodococcum vitis idaea) je poloker z čeľade vresovcovité. Jeho plod sa nazýva brusnica. Brusnica má listy tvaru elipsy.

Je to vždyzelený krík. Jeho jedlé plody sa zbierajú na konzumáciu aj na výživové doplnky, čaje, lieky. V ľudovom liečiteľstve sa používa aj na liečbu infekcie močových ciest.[4] Tento účinok však nebol štúdiou potvrdený.[5]
