42街接駁線（英語：42nd Street Shuttle）是紐約地鐵接駁線（英语：shuttle train）列車，在曼哈頓營運，接駁線有時稱為「大中央/時報廣場接駁線」，因為該線只來往該兩站。接駁線在除深夜外任何時候都營運，在42街下連接時報廣場往大中央。此线只有兩個車站，是紐約地鐵路線當中最短的路線，長2,700英尺（820米），運行需時90秒[1]。
