Pijemont (talijanski Piemonte [pjeˈmonte], pijemontski, okcitanski i frankoprovansalski Piemont [pjeˈmunt], valzerski [ˈpjemont], francuski Piémont [pjeˈmɔ̃]), regija u sjeverozapadnoj Italiji. Površina Pijemonta je 25 400 km², a broj stanovnika regije se procjenjuje na 4.3 milijuna. Glavni grad regije je Torino.

Pijemont je sa 3 strane okružen Alpama. Pijemont graniči sa Francuskom, Švicarskom, te s regijama Lombardija, Ligurija, Emilia-Romagna i Valle d'Aosta.

Na planini Monte Viso (Monviso) izvire rijeka Po, a od planina vrijedi spomenuti i Monte Rosa.

Nizinski dio Pijemonta je plodno poljoprivredno područje, u kojem se uzgajaju pšenica, riža, kukuruz i grožđe. U regiji su i jaki industrijski centri, posebice grad Turin, dom tvornice automobila "Fiat".

Godine 1046., grofovi Savojske dinastije pripojili su Pijemont Savoji. Savojska dinastija prerasla je 1416. u vojvodstvo, a vojvoda Emanuele Filiberto premjestio je 1563. svoje sjedište u Torino. Vojvode Savoje su, počevši od 1720., bili i kraljevi Kraljevine Sardinije. U Pijemontu je započet proces ujedinjenja Italije, u periodu 1869. - 1861., nakon neuspješnih ratova protiv Austrije 1820.-1821. i 1848-1849

"Pijemont" (tal.: piemonte, eng.: piedmont) znači "podnožje brda", pa je taj termin i u geografiji postao sinonim za područja podnožja planina.

Pijemont je jedno od najpoznatiji vinorodnih regija u Italiji. Od ukupno 700 km²; pod vinogradima, na više od polovice se proizvodi vino s "oznakom kontroliranog portijekla" (tal: Denominazione di Origine Controllata). Vina Pijemonta su nadaleko poznate dubine. Najznačajnija su Barbera, Barolo i Barbaresco, kao i pristupačniji Dolcetto.

Glavni gradovi provincija se zovu kao i pripadajuće provincije: Alessandria, Asti, Biella, Cuneo, Novara, Vercelli, Verbania, Torino, Moncalieri i Rivoli.
