CSUR（英語：ConScript Unicode Registry，人工文字Unicode登記庫）是一个协调Unicode私人使用区中分配给人工文字的码位的志愿项目[1]。这个项目由約翰·沃爾德瑪爾·科文创立，并由他和叶密豪维护。这个项目与统一码联盟官方并无关联。
自2008年以來，CSUR基本上處於未受維護的狀態；當年科文表示，由於叶密豪忙於其他事務，無法繼續管理這個專案[2]。由於該專案的停滯，蕾貝卡·貝滕科特（Rebecca Bettencourt）創建了UCSUR（Under-ConScript Unicode Registry，非正式人工文字Unicode登記庫），旨在協調構造語言的字元編碼，直到它們能夠正式納入CSUR[3]。已納入UCSUR的文字系統包括Sitelen Pona（屬於道本語）[4]和色斯文[5]。

曾有用户向Google提议，希望Noto能支持CSUR和UCSUR，但被拒绝，理由是Noto仅为被Unicode收录的文字提供支持[19]。
