Karin Hafstad (1936–2019) var en norsk politiker. Hun var stortingsrepresentant for Oslo fra 1973 til 1981. Hun representerte Høyre.
Hun var medlem av Unge Høyres sentralstyre fra 1965 til 1969 og satt i Høyres landsstyre. Hun engasjerte seg for demokrati og menneskerettigheter og tok initiativet til «Flagg for Tsjekkoslovakia»-aksjonen under Prahavåren i 1968. I 1963 dannet hun Enslige mødres vennering, en organisasjon som skulle hjelpe enslige, ugifte mødre til å beholde sine barn, dersom mødrene selv ønsket det. Hun var selv gift og hadde barn.[1]
Hafstad var fast medlem av Oslo bystyre og formannskap fra 1972 til 1975. Hun ble en viktig sosialpolitiker, blant annet som formann i boligutvalget. Hun var stortingsrepresentant fra 1973 til 1981 og satt i Stortingets samferdselskomité, deretter i Stortingets administrasjonskomité.[1]
Hun var formann i Høyrekvinners Landsforbund fra 1975 til 1979.[1]
Fra hun gikk ut av gymnaset til hun ble politiker på fulltid, arbeidet hun som sekretær. Etter tiden på Stortinget arbeidet hun som informasjonskonsulent, senere førstekonsulent i Vegdirektoratet.[1]
