주요 이력

서울에서 출생하였으며 지난날 한때 충청남도 공주에서 잠시 유아기를 보낸 적이 있음을 거쳐 충청남도 천안에서 잠시 유년기를 보낸 적이 있는 그는 대전에서 초등학교를 다니다가 1978년 3월에 초등학교 4학년 때부터 서울로 전학과 동시에 일가족과 함께 서울로 재이주하여 서울에서 성장하였으며 1986년 연극배우 데뷔, 1993년 뮤지컬배우 데뷔, 1995년 영화 《보스》를 통하여 영화배우 데뷔하였으며 1999년 이후 텔레비전 드라마에도 출연하였다.

결혼과 사생활

무명 연기자 시절이던 1988년 2월 당시 1년 연하녀 첼로 연주가 김수경(아명 김혜란)을 처음 만나 교제, 무려 7년 후 1995년 11월, 자신의 아이를 임신 중이던 그녀와 연애 결혼하여 1996년 3월 25일, 딸 박윤진을 얻었다.

박상면은 서울예전 연극학과 87학번 출신이며 개그맨 겸 뮤지컬배우 표인봉(서울예전 연극학과 84학번 선배), 연극배우 겸 연기자 김정균(서울예전 연극학과 84학번 선배), 개그맨 겸 연극배우 전창걸(서울예전 연극학과 85학번 선배), 개그맨 겸 뮤지컬배우 이웅호(서울예전 연극학과 87학번 동기) 등과 함께 서울예전 개그 클럽의 창립 멤버로도 활동한 그는 자신의 곁에서 사소하고 불미스런 오해로 인하여 사이가 잠시 틀어졌었던 동료 연기자 윤다훈과 김정균의 화해 자리를 2007년 초봄에 주선하기도 하였고 이후 2012년 연도말에는 동료 연기자 이동준, 조형기, 안승훈, 박상원, 김응수, 정보석, 손병호, 김병세, 최수종, 권오현, 우현, 김승환, 이재룡, 임대호, 조재현, 김상중, 손민우, 박중훈, 정은표, 엄효섭, 성동일, 김보성, 전현, 신현준, 박신양, 이진우, 김찬우, 공형진, 이광기, 안정훈, 임호, 김호진, 정준호, 임원희, 홍일권, 최성국, 남성진, 강성진, 정웅인, 홍석천, 임승대, 정찬, 조연우, 박재훈, 권오중, 김민종, 유태웅, 이훈, 정운택, 정은찬, 장태성 등과 함께 각기각각 차례차례 논의를 하여 차기 탤런트협회 신임 회장 선발 관련 모임에서 동료 연기자 윤다훈과 김정균을 겸사겸사 손님으로 초대하며 화해 자리를 또다시 주선하기도 하였다.[2] 한편 그는 부인인 첼로 연주가 김수경이 경기도 과천 시립 오케스트라 차석 단원이고 딸 박윤진이 영국 유학(영국 런던 대학교 외교학과, 미술학과 복수 전공 재학)을 하여 서울 마포에 거주하는 기러기 아빠로도 유명한데 그는 2009년에서 이듬해 2010년까지 동료 연기자 조형기, 김병세와 아울러 SBS 서울방송 텔레비전 예능 프로그램 《놀라운 대회 스타킹》에서 고정 패널급 출연하여 폭소담을 드러내며 맹활약하기도 하였고 특히 그는 이 프로그램 촬영 중 갑작스레 부상을 입었으며 결국 앓고 있던 허리 척추염 관련 디스크가 도지며 끝끝내 5급 장애 판정을 받기도 한 것은 뒤늦게 밝혀졌다.[3]

2011년 1월, 연기자 P모 씨의 대마초 흡연 관련 루머가 번지자 관련 당사자가 박상면이라는 루머가 번졌는데 한 달 후 2011년 2월 8일, 대마초 흡연 혐의를 받은 연기자 P모씨가 박용기로 밝혀지면서 그동안 대마초 흡연 연기자 P씨가 박상면이었다는 일부 추측은 사실이 아닌 것으로 밝혀지며 루머 관련 의혹을 벗었다. 그렇지만 2011년 KBS 연기대상 수상 후보자 목록에서는 끝내 제외되었다.[13]
