Si Peter Henry Fonda (Pebrero 23, 1940 - August 16, 2019) ay isang Amerikanong artista, direktor, at screenwriter. Siya ay anak ni Henry Fonda, nakababatang kapatid ni Jane Fonda, at ama ng Bridget Fonda. Siya ay isang bahagi ng counterculture noong 1960s.[1][2] Ang Fonda ay hinirang para sa Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay para sa Easy Rider (1969), at ang Academy Award for Best Actor para sa Ulee's Gold (1997).
