Os Concílios de Toledo eram concílios regionais e reuniões magnas do antigo estado visigótico na Península Ibérica; neles tomavam parte não apenas os prelados, como também a nobreza visigoda, e longe de se reportarem apenas a discutir problemas religiosos, eram sobretudo assembleias políticas. A sua convocação, à maneira do Primeiro Concílio de Niceia (convocado pelo imperador romano Constantino), era feita pelo rei visigótico.

Um texto em latim e espanhol, compilando os diversos concílios, foi organizado por Juan Tejada y Ramiro, em 1850.[1]

II Concílio de Toledo 527 Presidido por Montano, bispo metropolitano de Toledo.
III Concílio de Toledo 589 Convocado pelo rei Recaredo, com Leandro de Sevilha. Primeiro concílio com carácter geral, abandono do arianismo pelos Visigodos.
IV Concílio de Toledo 633 Sob o rei Sisenando, com Isidoro de Sevilha, sobre o carácter electivo da monarquia visigoda.
V Concílio de Toledo 636 Convocado pelo rei Quintila, contra opositores.
VI Concílio de Toledo 638 De novo convocado por Quintila, confirma os decretos políticos do concílio anterior.
VII Concílio de Toledo 646 Convocado por Quindasvinto, pune os conspiradores contra a realeza.
VIII Concílio de Toledo 653 Convocado também por Quindasvinto, confirmando Recesvinto como sucessor.
IX Concílio de Toledo 655 Sob o rei Recesvinto, é um concílio restrito da província Hispânia Cartaginense.
X Concílio de Toledo 656 Sob o rei Recesvinto, foi um concílio restrito.
XI Concílio de Toledo 675 Sob o rei Vamba, abordou reformas da disciplina eclesiástica.
XII Concílio de Toledo 681 Legitima a eleição do rei Ervígio. Leis restritivas sobre judeus.
XIII Concílio de Toledo 683 Sob o rei Ervígio, reabilitou os rebeldes contra o rei Vamba.
XIV Concílio de Toledo 684 Aprovou as decisões do III Concílio de Constantinopla.
XV Concílio de Toledo 688 Convocado pelo rei Égica, fortaleceu a sua sucessão.
XVI Concílio de Toledo 693 Sob o rei Égica, após a insurreição de Suniefredo.
XVII Concílio de Toledo 694 Sob o rei Égica, adoptou medidas mais repressivas contra judeus.
XVIII Concílio de Toledo 702 Último concílio antes da invasão muçulmana.
