Octave Lapize på Commons

Octave Lapize (født 24. oktober 1887, død 14. juli 1917) var en fransk profesjonell landeveissyklist og banesyklist. Han vant Tour de France i 1910, tok bronsemedalje på herrenes 100 kilometer i sommer-OL 1908, og vant Paris-Roubaix hele tre ganger; 1909, 1910 og 1911.

Under første verdenskrig var Lapize jagerflypilot for den franske hæren, og ble 28. juni 1917 skutt ned ved Flirey, Meurthe-et-Moselle. På sykehuset i Toul døde han senere av skadene.
