Revolax Zacharias Topeliuksen kirjasarjassa Finland framstäldt i teckningar 1800-luvun puolivälissä.

Revonlahti (ruots. Revolax) on entinen Suomen kunta. Revonlahden naapurikunnat olivat Pattijoki, Siikajoki, Lumijoki, Paavola ja Liminka.

Revonlahden kunta yhdistettiin 1973 Paavolan kunnan kanssa Ruukin kunnaksi, ja edelleen 1. tammikuuta 2007 Ruukin ja Siikajoen yhdistyessä siitä tuli osa Siikajoen kuntaa.[3] Revonlahden kirkko on vuodelta 1775.[3] Suomen sodassa 27. huhtikuuta 1808 käydyn Revonlahden taistelun kunniaksi on pystytetty L. Kallisen veistämä muistomerkki vuonna 1935.[4]

Vuosien 1960 ja 1970 taajamarajausten mukaan Revonlahdella ei ollut taajamia, mutta Paavolan Ruukin taajama ulottui kolmen asukkaan verran Revonlahden puolelle.[5] Nykyisin Revonlahden kirkonkylä määritellään kuitenkin taajamaksi.
