Laila Dåvøy (født 1948) er en norsk politiker (KrF). Hun var barne- og familieminister 2001–2005 og arbeids- og administrasjonsminister 1999–2000. Fra 2005 til 2013 var hun stortingsrepresentant for Hordaland. Hun har tidligere vært leder for Norsk Sykepleierforbund.

Laila Dåvøy er utdannet sykepleier med tilleggsutdanning innen sykepleievitenskap og administrasjon. Hun har hatt flere politiske verv på kommune- og fylkesnivå, har vært nestleder i Landsstyret for kommunalt rusmiddelarbeid, og har vært medlem av KrFs sentralstyre og landsstyre.

I 2004 ble Dåvøy utnevnt til kommandør av St. Olavs Orden.[4]
