Lo stemma del comune di Castelnau-le-Lez è stato adottato nel 1978.[2][3]

«Trinciato: al primo d'azzurro al san Giovanni Battista di carnagione, vestito di una pelle di dromedario d'oro e nimbato dello stesso, portante sulle spalle un agnello d'argento, tenente nella sinistra una croce d'oro e uscente dalla partizione; al secondo di rosso alla croce a chiave vuotata e pomettata di dodici pezzi d'oro, accompagnata in punta da tre trangle ondate d'argento.»

Nello stemma sono rappresentati il santo patrono e la croce di Tolosa, simbolo dell'Occitania.
