הדיוויזיה ה-239 הייתה דיוויזיה של הוורמכאט במהלך מלחמת העולם השנייה. הדיוויזיה לחמה במערכה בפולין, בקרב על צרפת ובמבצע ברברוסה, ולאחר מכן פורקה.

היסטוריה

הדיוויזיה הוקמה ב-26 באוגוסט 1939 בזמן הגיוס קודם מלחמת העולם השנייה, והועמדה תחת פיקוד פרדיננד נוילינג. במהלך הפלישה לפולין לחמה הדיוויזיה כחלק מהקורפוס ה-8 במסגרת הארמייה ה-14, ולאחר מכן נשארה בפולין ככוח כיבוש. במהלך המערכה על צרפת לחמה הדיוויזיה כחלק מהקורפוס ה-33 במסגרת הארמייה השביעית, ובמהלך מבצע ברברוסה לחם נוילינג עם הדיוויזיה כחלק מהקורפוס ה-11 במסגרת הארמייה ה-11. ב-1 בינואר 1942 פורקה הדיוויזיה, ומפקדת הדיוויזיה התאחדה ב-26 במרץ 1942 עם הדיוויזיה ה-294.
