Pemilihan umum Bupati Bungo 2020 (selanjutnya disebut Pilkada Bungo 2020 atau Pilbup Bungo 2020) adalah pemilihan umum lokal yang diselenggarakan di Kabupaten Bungo, Provinsi Jambi, Indonesia. Pilkada Bungo 2020 diselenggarakan dalam rangka memilih Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Bungo periode 2021-2024. Bupati dan wakil bupati petahana, Mashuri dan Safrudin Dwi Apriyanto, berpeluang mencalonkan diri kembali karena baru menjabat selama satu periode.

Partai politik yang akan mengajukan pasangan calon (paslon) harus memiliki paling sedikit 7 kursi di DPRD Bungo. Hasil Pemilu 2019 menunjukkan dari total 13 partai politik pemilik kursi di DPRD Bungo tidak satu pun yang dapat mengajukan paslon tanpa koalisi.
