Polonyalılar (Lehçe: Polacy, Lehçe telaffuz: [pɔˈlat͡sɨ]) veya Lehler, ortak bir tarihi, kültürü paylaşan, Lehçe dilini konuşan ve Polonya'da doğmuş veya sonradan vatandaşı olup, kültüre adapte olmuş kişilerin bulunduğu topluluk. Polonyalıların Polonya'daki nüfusu, 37.394.000 (2011 nüfus sayımına göre) olarak tahmin edilmektedir. Bunların yalnızca 36.522.000 kadarı Lehçe konuşandır.[2][3] Avrupa, Amerika ve Avustralasya'da geniş bir Polonyalı diasporası (Polonia) bulunmaktadır. Günümüzde Polonyalıların en yoğun olduğu Polonya kentleri Varşova ve Silezya'dır.
