Ang Vercelli ay isang lalawigan sa rehiyon ng Piamonte sa Italya. Ang lungsod ng Vercelli ang kabisera nito.

Ito ay may hangganan sa hilaga sa lalawigan ng Verbano-Cusio-Ossola at sa Suwisa (Canton ng Valais), sa pamamagitan ng munisipalidad ng Alagna Valsesia, sa silangan sa lalawigan ng Novara at sa Lombardia (lalawigan ng Pavia), sa timog kasama ang lalawigan ng Alessandria, sa kanluran kasama ang kalakhang lungsod ng Turin, ang lalawigan ng Biella, at kasama ang Lambak Aosta.

Magmula noong 2015, mayroon itong lawak na 2,081 square kilometre (803 mi kuw) at kabuuang populasyon na mga 176,000. Ito ay isang lugar na kilala sa pagtatagim ng palay.
