Tony Clarke (født 1944) er en kanadisk aktivist.
Clarke studerte ved University of British Columbia og University of Chicago, der han fikk en doktorgrad i religionshistorie. Etter universitetet arbeidet Clarke for den kanadiske Conference of Catholic Bishops i 21 år. I 1997 var Clarke med på å grunnlegge Polaris Institute, og han ledet flere kampanjer mot multilaterale avtaler om investeringer, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation og World Trade Organization. Som et resultat av hans omfattende aktivisme ble Clarke og Maude Barlow tildelt utmerkelsen Right Livelihood Award i 2005.
