Jan Eilert Bjørnstad (født 1938) er en norsk industriarbeider og politiker (Ap) fra Moss. Han møtte som stortingsrepresentant 1980–81 mens Arvid Johanson var statsråd.

Han begynte som lærling på Moss Verft i 1953, tok fagbrev i 1956 og arbeidet ved «Værven» til 1984. Han var klubbleder 1972–84 og var også akitv i Moss Jern- og metallarbeiderforening.[3][4] Han var verneleder 1984-86, og driftsleder ved Kværner Rosenberg Holding / Kværner Eiendom fra 1986 til 2001. Han har fartstid i kommunepolitikken både i Rygge 1975–81 og i Moss fra 1983.[5] Blant annet har han vært leder av havnestyret i Moss.

Bjørnstad fikk Medaljen for lang og tro tjeneste i 1983 og KS-medaljen i 2016.[6][7]
