Heinz Kühn (født 18. februar 1912 i Köln, død 12. mars 1992 samme sted) var en tysk politiker (SPD) og fra 1966 til 1978 ministerpresident i den tyske delstaten Nordrhein-Westfalen. Fra 1953 til 1963 var han medlem av Forbundsdagen.[8]
