ჰასან რუჰანი (სპარს. ‌حسن روحانی, ასევე ტრანსლიტერირდება რუჰანი, როჰანი, როუჰანი; სახელი დაბადებისას: ჰასან ფერიდონი; დ. თარიღი 12 ნოემბერი 1948) — ირანელი პოლიტიკოსი, შიიტი მუჯთაჰიდი (შარიათის სამართალმცოდნე),[2] იურისტი,[3] აკადემიკოსი და დიპლომატი, ირანის პრეზიდენტი 2013 წლის 3 აგვისტოდან 2021 წლის 3 აგვისტომდე (ორი ვადით). 1999 წლიდან იყო ექსპერტთა საბჭოს წევრი,[4] 1991 წლიდან მიზანშეწონილობის საბჭოს წევრი,[5] 1989 წლიდან ირანის ეროვნული უსაფრთხოების უმაღლესი საბჭოს წევრი [6] და 1992 წლიდან სტრატეგიული კვლევების პრეზიდენტი[7].

რუჰანი ასევე მე-4 და მე-5 ვადის ისლამური საკონსულტაციო საბჭოს (მეჯლისის) სპიკერის მოადგილე და 1989-2005 წლებში ეროვნული უსაფრთხოების უმაღლესი საბჭოს მდივანი იყო[7]. ახლო წარსულში, ის ასევე ირანის ყოფილი ბირთვული მოლაპარაკების გუნდის ხელმძღვანელი და ირანის ბირთვული პროგრამასთან დაკავშირებით ევროკავშირის სამ წევრ ქვეყანასთან გერმანიასთან, საფრანგეთთან და დიდ ბრიტანეთთან ქვეყნის პირველი მომლაპარაკებელი იყო[8]:138.

2013 წლის 7 მაისს რუჰანი საპრეზიდენტო არჩევნებზე დარეგისტრირდა, რომელიც 2013 წლის 14 ივნისს ჩატარდა[9][10]. მან განაცხადა, რომ თუ მას აირჩევდნენ , ის მოამზადებდა „მოქალაქეთა უფლებების ქარტიას“, ასევე აღადგენდა ეკონომიკას და განაახლებდა გაქვავებულ ურთიერთობებს დასავლეთთან[11][12][13]. როგორც კი დაიწყო არჩევნების წინასწარი მონაცემების გამოქვეყნება, ცხადი გახდა რომ რუჰანი დიდი უპირატესობით უსწრებდა თავის კონკურენტებს[14]. რუჰანი ირანის პრეზიდენტად, მისი მთავარი კონკურენტის მოჰამედ ბაგერ გალიბაფის დამარცხების შემდეგ, 15 ივნისს გამოცხადდა[15][16]. ჰასან რუჰანი თავისი მოვალეობის შესრულებას ოფიციალურად 2013 წლის 3 აგვისტოდან შეუდგა.
