Branko Brnović (in cir. Бранко Брновић) (Titograd, 8 agosto 1967) è un allenatore di calcio ed ex calciatore montenegrino e precedentemente jugoslavo, fino alla definitiva conclusione dell'esperienza federativa della Jugoslavia avvenuta nel 2003, nonché serbo-montenegrino, fino alla scissione della Serbia e Montenegro in due stati indipendenti occorsa nel 2006.

Club

Ha fatto il suo debutto da professionista nella squadra Budućnost della sua città natia, Podgorica, per la quale ha giocato circa 100 partite di campionato in quattro stagioni.

Successivamente si trasferì nella squadra belgradese di Partizan con la quale si legò per tre stagioni vincendo due titoli e due coppe.

Nel 1994 si trasferì nell'Espanyol dove gioco' per sei stagioni. Con la squadra spagnola disputò 146 partite in Primera División e vinse nel 2000 la Coppa del Re.

Nazionale

Con la nazionale jugoslava U-20 vinse un campionato mondiale a Cile 1987 segnando uno dei rigori vincenti in finale contra la Germania Ovest[1].

Con la nazionale della SR Jugoslavia partecipò al mondiale di Francia 1998[2].

Allenatore

Nazionale

Dal 2007 al 2011 è stato il vice-allenatore della squadra nazionale del Montenegro. Nel settembre 2011, dopo la partenza di Zlatko Kranjčar è stato nominato ct del Montenegro. Il 17 dicembre del 2015 è stato sollevato dal suo incarico[3].

Club

Dal 2018[4] al 2019[5] è tornato nel Budućnost squadra dove ha iniziato la carriera da professionista, questa volta però da allenatore. Nell'unica stagione sulla panchina del Budućnost ha portato la squadra alla vittoria della seconda Coppa di Montenegro della storia del club[6].
