קיאנו (באנגלית: Keanu; ידוע גם בשם Cat Boys) הוא סרט קומדיית פעולה אמריקאי משנת 2016 בבימויו של פיטר אטנסיו ונכתב על ידי ג'ורדן פיל ואלכס רובנס. בסרט מככבים פיל וקיגן-מייקל קי בסרטם הראשון כשחקנים ראשיים לאחר חמש עונות של סדרת הטלוויזיה המערכונית שלהם; הסרט כולל גם את טיפאני האדיש, מת'וד מן, ניה לונג, ויל פורטה וקיאנו ריבס. העלילה עוקבת אחר שני בני דודים המסתננים לכנופיה במטרה להשיב את החתלתול הגנוב שלהם.

הצילומים החלו בניו אורלינס ביוני 2015. הסרט הוקרן בבכורה בפסטיבל South by Southwest ב-13 במרץ 2016 ויצא לאקרנים באמריקה הצפונית ב-29 באפריל 2016. הוא זכה לביקורות חיוביות באופן כללי מהמבקרים והכניס 20 מיליון דולר לעומת תקציב של 15 מיליון.

תקציר עלילה

שני בני דודים וחברים טובים – האחד מתאושש מפרידה כואבת והשני איש משפחה ומעריץ של ג'ורג' מייקל – יוצאים להשיב את החתלתול "קיאנו" האהוב שלהם אשר נחטף בידי חברי כנופיה קשוחים. לשם כך הם מתחזים לצמד סוחרי סמים ידועים לשמצה ונקלעים לשלל הרפתקאות מסמרות שיער ומסוכנות, בעיקר כאשר הפושעים האמיתיים אליהם הם התחזו, מופיעים ומאיימים על חייהם.

הפקה

הסרט הוכרז רשמית על ידי ניו ליין סינמה באוקטובר 2014, כאשר פיטר אטנסיו נשכר לכס הבימוי.[4] אתרים רבים שדיווחו על הסרט האמינו בתחילה שמדובר בפרודיה על "ג'ון וויק" שיצא אז באותה תקופה, אך לפי אטנסיו שני הסרטים פותחו באופן עצמאי זה מזה, והצוות לא היה מודע בתחילה על "ג'ון וויק" עד שהעבודה על "קיאנו" כבר הייתה בעיצומו.[13] קיאנו ריבס עצמו, שכיכב בסרט "ג'ון וויק", היה בקשר עם ההפקה, ואף לקח חלק בסצנת החלום שבסרט כשהוא מדבב את החתלתול קיאנו.[14] בהתחלה ריבס דחה את הצעת הקמאו אך שינה את דעתו לאחר שאחותו הראתה לו את הקדימונים של הסרט.

במאי 2015, מת'וד מן וויל פורטה הצטרפו לצוות השחקנים, כאשר דארל בריט-גיבסון התווסף חודש לאחר מכן.[7][8][9] הצילומים החלו ב-1 ביוני 2015, בניו אורלינס, לואיזיאנה, והסתיימו ב-10 ביולי.[15][16][17] בצילומים נעשה שימוש בשבעה גורי חתלתולים. הם אומנו במשך שלושה שבועות על ידי שימוש בחטיפים, מזון לתינוקות בטעם בשר וסמני לייזר, וכאשר הם אינם היו תחת מצלמה, לשחקנים והצוות הורשה לשחק איתם במהלך הפסקות. חטיפים שימשו גם כדי לאמן אותם לאפשר להיות לבושים בתלבושות קלות משקל מבלי לנסות להסיר אותן. כל השבעה אומצו עד סוף שלב ההפקה, כאשר טיפאני האדיש אימצה אחד מהם וקראה לו 'קטטוני' (Catatonic).[18] מכיוון שקיגן-מייקל קי אלרגי לחתולים, הוא נאלץ לקחת תרופה כדי ליצור איתם אינטראקציה.[18]
