"Echoes in Rain" (בעברית: "הדים בגשם") הוא סינגל שהוקלט על ידי הזמרת-יוצרת האירית אניה, מתוך אלבום האולפן השמיני שלה, Dark Sky Island.[1][2] השיר יצא לאור ב-9 באוקטובר 2015, על ידי חברת התקליטים האחים וורנר, כסינגל המוביל והיחיד מתוך האלבום.[1]

השיר הגיע למקום השישי במצעד השירים שבפלנדריה.[3]

רקע וכתיבה

השיר נכתב על ידי אניה ורומא ראיין והופק על ידי ניקי ראיין.[4] השיר תואר כשיר אופטימי, בעקבות השימוש באוסטינטו, פיציקטו וכלי מיתר. הוא הושווה לסינגל הפריצה שלה, "Orinoco Flow". מילות השיר מתארות מסע בחזרה לבית, תוך שהן מתארות את המסע בפרקי זמן שונים כמו יום ולילה.[5]

בסמוך לצאתו, עלה השיר לרשת הזרמת המדיה ספוטיפיי, תוך שהצליח לצבור שם למעלה מ-40 מיליון השמעות.[6]

וידאו קליפ

הווידאו קליפ הרשמי של השיר פורסם ב-20 בנובמבר 2015, ביום בו יצא האלבום Dark Sky Island, עצמו. הוא מציג את אניה, כשהיא מבצעת את השיר ביחד עם תזמורת כלי המיתר Wired Strings ומקהלה נשית, בבית הספר הארו בלונדון. בקליפ מוצג גלובוס, שממחיש את הקונספט שלו.[7][8]

נכון לאוקטובר 2020, מונה הצפיות של הקליפ עומד על למעלה מ-6.2 מיליון צפיות.[7][8] קליפ המילים צבר למעלה מ-21 מיליון צפיות.[9]
