Tom McEvoy (s. 14. marraskuuta 1944, Grand Rapids, Michigan) on yhdysvaltalainen pokeriammattilainen ja -kirjailija. Hän on vuoden 1983 World Series of Pokerin (WSOP) pääturnauksen voittaja.

McEvoy oli alkuperäiseltä ammatiltaan kirjanpitäjä, mutta hän siirtyi pokeriammattilaiseksi vuonna 1978. McEvoy voitti pokerin epävirallisen maailmanmestaruuden eli WSOP:n pääturnauksen vuonna 1983 lyöden lopussa seitsemän tuntia kestäneen kaksinpelin jälkeen Rod Peaten. Se oli WSOP-historian pisin kaksinpeli aina vuoteen 2006 asti. McEvoy oli ensimmäinen satelliittiturnauksen kautta pääturnaukseen selvinnyt ja sen voittanut pelaaja. McEvoy ansaitsi kisasta 540 000 dollaria. Kaikkiaan McEvoy on voittanut neljä WSOP-ranneketta ja osallistuu turnauksiin edelleen - hän sijoittui rahoille muun muassa vuoden 2006 pääturnauksessa.

Vuonna 1995 McEvoy voitti Inglewoodissa pelatun World Championship of H.O.R.S.E. -turnauksessa sekä razz- että omaha hi/lo -kisan. Maaliskuussa 2005 McEvoy oli ykkönen Professional Poker Tourilla (PPT) Bay 101 Shooting Stars of Poker -turnauksen päätöspäivänä. Hän ansaitsi voitostaan 225 000 dollaria.

Tom McEvoy vastustaa tupakanpolttoa turnauksissa. Vuonna 1998 hän auttoi ensimmäisen savuttoman pokeriturnauksen järjestämisessä. Vastustuksesta huolimatta turnaukseen osallistui paljon pelaajia ja näin ollen vahvisti, että savuttomat turnaukset ovat tarpeellisia. Vuodesta 2002 WSOP on ollut savuton turnaus.

McEvoy on kirjoittanut yksin ja yhdessä muiden kanssa (muun muassa T. J. Cloutier, Brad Daugherty, Don Vines ja Max Stern) useita pokerikirjoja. Hän on kolumnistina CardPlayer-lehdessä ja edustaa PokerStars-nettipokerihuonetta. Toukokuussa 2007 Mc Evoyn pokeriuran turnausansiot ylittivät 2,6 miljoonaa dollaria[1].
