Pacheiá (kreik. Παχειά, myös Pachiá) on pieni Kreikan saari, joka kuuluu Kykladien saariryhmään. Saaren pinta-ala on noin 1,37 neliökilometriä ja se on asumaton (vuonna 2011). Hallinnollisesti Pacheiá kuuluu Anáfin kuntaan, Thíran alueyksikköön ja Etelä-Egean saarten alueeseen.[1]

Pacheiá sijaitsee noin 4,3 meripeninkulmaa (noin kahdeksan kilometriä) Anáfin saaresta eteläkaakkoon. Saaren korkein kohta on 224 metriä merenpinnasta laskettuna.[2] Saaren pohjoispuolella sen ja Anáfin välissä sijaitsevat Ftenán saaret ja itäpuolella Makrán saari.

Pacheián on ehdotettu olevan sama saari kuin antiikin ajan Hippuris (Hippouris, m.kreik. Ἱππουρίς).[3] Toisaalta Barrington Atlas of the Greek and Roman World sijoittaa Pacheián paikalle saaren nimeltä Melantioi Petrai (Μελάντιοι Πέτραι),[4] joka on sijoitettu myös Makrán paikalle.[3]
