Glasnost

Glasnost (ruse гласность, do malfermecovidebleco) estas la politiko de travidebla kaj malferma konduto de la sovetia ŝtato al la civitanoj, kiun rememorigis Miĥail Gorbaĉov en marto 1985.

En la 30-aj jaroj de la 20-a jarcento glasnost estis difinita en oficiala soveta enciklopedio kiel "transdono al publika diskuto aŭ manipulado".[mankas fonto]

Glasnost estas unu el iloj de misinformo.[mankas fonto] [malneŭtrala]

Glasnost ebligis relative vastan liberecon de la opinioj kaj informlibereco en Sovetunio. Gorbaĉov intencis instigi pere de Glasnost al kritika publika diskuto pri la kriza sovetia ekonomio, por krei tiamaniere pli vastan akcepton de lia reforma politiko perestrojko.

Glasnost komencis proceson de la formigo en Sovetunio de civitanaj socioj, kiuj kontribuis al disfalo de Sovetunio kaj rompo de komunista sistemo en la mondo. Tio estis malvenko de Miĥail Gorbaĉov, kiu strebis al savo de komunismo kaj Sovetunio.
