Η Κομητεία Ράσελ (αγγλικά: Russell County) είναι κομητεία που βρίσκεται στην στην Κοινοπολιτεία του Κεντάκι των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών Αμερικής. Κατά την απογραφή του 2020, ο πληθυσμός ήταν 17.991 κάτοικοι. [2] Έδρα της κομητείας του είναι το Τζέιμσταουν και η μεγαλύτερη πόλη του Ράσελ Σπρινγκς. [3] Η κομητεία σχηματίστηκε στις 14 Δεκεμβρίου 1825, από τμήματα των κομητειών Adair, Cumberland και Wayne και πήρε το όνομά της από τον Γουίλιαμ Ράσελ. [4]

Το 2015, οι πόλεις Τζέιμσταουν και Ράσελ Σπρινγκς έγιναν δύο από τις πρώτες κοινότητες Διαδικτύου gigabit στο Κεντάκι με την ολοκλήρωση ενός υπερσύγχρονου δικτύου οπτικών ινών από τον τοπικό τηλεφωνικό συνεταιρισμό. [5]

Σύμφωνα με το Γραφείο Απογραφής των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών, η κομητεία έχει συνολική έκταση 730 τ.χλμ, εκ των οποίων 660 τ.χλμ είναι ξηρά και 70 τ.χλμ (10%) είναι νερό. [6]
