Mwaweja ist ein Verwaltungsbezirk (englisch Ward) des Distrikts Kishapu in der tansanischen Region Shinyanga.
Geografie
Mwaweja ist ein ländlicher Bezirk in der Seezone im Nordwesten von Tansania. Er liegt rund 30 Kilometer Luftlinie südöstlich der Regionshauptstadt Shinyanga.[2] Bei der Volkszählung 2022 lebten 8639 Menschen in 1403 Haushalten[3] auf einer Fläche von 120 Quadratkilometern.[4]
Der Bezirk grenzt an sechs Bezirke des Distrikts Kishapu:[5]
