Dish from the Ottomans in the 15th century
Piyaziye (Turkish: Piyaziye) (Persian: پیاز for "onion") are made of onion stuffed with meat (lamb) and rice.[2][3] Piyaziye origins in 15th century Ottoman Empire.[4]
