訴諸情感(appeal to emotion,Argumentum ad passiones)是一種非形式謬誤,是指藉由通過人們的情感,而非有效的邏輯,以求贏得爭論的論證方式。這種謬誤在缺乏事實證據支持的狀況下更為顯著。[1]作為謬誤,訴諸情感是一種紅鯡魚,且包含訴諸恐懼、訴諸後果、訴諸諂媚、訴諸憐憫、訴諸荒謬、訴諸仇恨和一廂情願等多種謬誤。
