Yuanyang İlçesi (Basitleştirilmiş Çince: 元阳县, Geleneksel Çince: 元陽縣, pinyin: Yinganyang Xiàn, Hani dili: Yeiqyaq), Çin'in Yunnan eyaletinin güneydoğusundaki Honghe Bölgesi'nde, Kızıl Nehir çevresinde yer almaktadır. Muhteşem pirinç-çeltik terasları ile meşhurdur.[1][2] Bölgenin bir kısmı Çin'deki 45. Dünya Mirası bölgesini oluşturmaktadır.[3]
