Biskupija Liège ili Kneževina-biskupija Liège bila je država Svetog Rimskog Carstva u Niskim zemljama u današnjoj Belgiji. Status kneževine-biskupije je ishodila između 980. i 985. kada je biskup Notger, na mjestu biskupa Liegea od 972. godine, dobio status kneza-biskupa odnosno svjetovnu vlast nad Grofovijom Huy od cara Otona II.

Od 1500. je Kneževina-biskupija pripadala Donjorajnsko-vestfalskom okružju. Na čelu joj je bio knez-biskup Liègea. Teritorija je obuhvaćala najveći dio današnjih belgijskih provincija Liège i Limburg, kao i ekslave u drugim dijelovima Belgije i Nizozemske. Glavni grad je buio Liège (Lüttich na njemačkom i Luik na nizozemskmom). Nakratko je postala republika (Republika Liège) od 1789. do 1791, prije nego što je ponovno postala kneževina-biskupija 1791. Godine 1795. ju je za vrijeme Rata Prve koalicije zauzela i anektirala revolucionarna Francuska.
