Disocijativ

Disocijativi su klasa halucinogena koja iskrivljuju percepciju vida i zvuka i proizvode osećanje izdvojenosti (disocijacije) iz okoline i samoga sebe. Do toga dolazi putem redukovanja ili brokiranja signala ka svesnom delu mozga od drugih delova mozga.[1] Mada mnogi tipovi lekova mogu da imaju takvo dejstvo, disocijativi su jedinstveni po tome što proizvode halucinogene efekte, koji mogu da obuhvataju senzornu deprivaciju, disocijaciju, halucinacije i snu slična stanja ili transove.[2] Neki od lekova ove grupe sa neselektivnim dejstvom koji utiču na dopaminske[3] i/ili opioidne[4] sisteme, mogu da imaju sposobnost indukovanja euforije.
