Талай (Талайон, Тал, др.-греч. Ταλαός) — персонаж древнегреческой мифологии, сын Бианта и Перо[2].

Участник похода аргонавтов[3][4][5] из Аргоса. Участник состязаний после смерти Кизика[6].

Жена: Лисимаха, дочь Абанта (либо Лисианасса, дочь Полиба[7]).

Дети Адраст, Парфенопей (по одной из версий), Пронакс, Мекистей, Аристомах, Эрифила[8], Астинома. Дед Евриала[9].

Талай был убит Амфиараем в ходе борьбы между ветвями аргосского царского рода. Могила в Аргосе[10]. В нем сочетались «зрелый плод ума и прямой путь правды»[11].
