Ай-Ортъягун (устар. Ай-Орт-Ягун[2]) — река в России, протекает по территории Сургутского района Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа. Устье реки находится в 146 км по левому берегу реки Ортъягун. Длина реки — 38 км[2].
