Otto Paul Trieloff (født 17. november 1885 i Duisburg, død 6. juli 1967 i Essen) var en tysk friidrettsutøver som deltok i de olympiske leker 1908 i London.

Trieloff vant en olympisk sølvmedalje under OL 1908 i London, han var med på det tyske laget som kom på andreplass i den olympiske stafetten. De to første etappene var på 200 meter siden en etappe på 400 meter og siste etappen var 800 meter. Arthur Hoffmann løp første etappe og siden Hans Eicke, Trieloff og Hanns Braun på fjerde og siste etappe. De fikk tiden 3.32,4, tre sekunder svakere tid enn gullvinnerne fra USA.

Trieloff løp også 400 meter individuelt men klarte ikke å kvalifisere seg for finalen.
