Paulet Island er ei sirkelforma øy med ein diameter på kring 1,5 km som ligg 5 km søraust for Dundee Island, utanfor nordaustenden av Den antarktiske halvøya. Ho består av lavastraumar dekte av ei sinderkjegle med eit lite krater på toppen. Geotermisk varme held delar av øya isfri og den unge morfologien til vulkanen indikerer at han har vore aktiv i løpet av dei siste 1 000 år.[1] Paulet Island vart oppdaga av ein britisk ekspedisjon (1839–1843) under James Clark Ross og vart namngjeven av han etter kaptein Lord George Paulet i Royal Navy.

I 1903 under Den svenske antarktiskekspedisjonen leia av Otto Nordenskiöld vart skipet hans «Antarctic» knust av isen utanfor øya.

På Paulet Island er det over 200 000 adeliepingvinar, og vert mykje vitja av turistar.
