Håkon Magnusson Toresfostre (1069–1095)[1] vart utropt til konge av Trøndelag og Oppland i 1093. Samstundes vart Magnus III Berrføtt teken til konge i Vika.

Håkon skal ha vore son av Magnus II Haraldson. Ein kjenner ikkje til kven mor hans var.

Han var fosterson av Steigar-Tore, ein mektig mann frå Oppland, og var difor kjend som «Toresfostre». Steigar-Tore stydde opp om kravet om kongsmakt.

Etter å ha vorte teken til konge på Opplanda vart han hylla som herskar på Øyratinget ved Nidaros. Her gav han lovnad om å oppheva fleire plikter for bøndene, som «landøre» og «julegåver».[2]

Magnus Berrføtt godtok ikkje Håkon som medkonge.[2] I 1093 var det kampar mellom Håkon og Magnus Berrføtt.

Håkon døydde i 1094 eller 1095 etter å ha blitt sjuk under rypejakt på Dovrefjell.[2] Han hadde berre vore konge i drygt eit år.
