Florida sjukehus

Florida sjukehus eller Franciskus Hospital Florida var eit sjukehus på Florida sentralt i Bergen, nedlagd i 2012 etter å ha vore nytta som kommunal sjukeheim ei tid, og ombygd til undervisningsbygning for ein vidaregåande skule, St. Paul gymnas.

Sjukehuset stod ferdig i 1937, og er teikna av arkitekt Ole Landmark. Sjukehuset var dei seinaste åra, fram til 2012, ein kommunalt driven sjukeheim som Bergen kommune leigde av den katolske Franciskus-ordenen. Dei seinaste åra var Florida sjukehus byen sin einaste korttidssjukeheim og den einaste sjukeheimen med akuttplassar. Sjukeheimen hadde eige akuttmottak tilknytt denne funksjonen og den hadde nesten 800 korttidsopphald i løpet av året. Leigeavtalen gjekk ut i 2012, og bygningane vart nytta til den vidaregåande skulen som den katolske kyrkjelyden St. Paul menighet hadde oppretta, St. Paul gymnas, i tilknyting til den gamle St. Paul skole.
