클레르몽페랑(프랑스어: Clermont-Ferrand, 오베르냐어: Clarmont-Ferrand / Clarmont d'Auvèrnhe)은 프랑스의 중심에서 약간 남쪽에 위치한 퓌드돔주의 주도이며, 오베르뉴 지역의 중심도시이다. 프랑스의 도시이자 코뮌이다. 오베르뉴에 위치해 있으며 인구는 2006년에 공식적으로 138 992명이고 이는 프랑스에서 23번째 규모이다. 또한 저곳을 중심으로 300 000명이 거주하고 있다. 시장은 세르주 고다르이다. 역사적인 이유로 도시는 종종 « Clermont » 이라고 불린다.
