삼성 갤럭시 스토어(영어: Samsung Galaxy Store)는 삼성전자의 갤럭시 생태계 전용 애플리케이션 스토어이다.

갤럭시 특화 프리미엄 어플 및 서비스, 그리고 여러 가지 혜택이 갤럭시 유저들에게 제공된다.

앱 등록은 갤럭시 스토어 셀러 포털에서 가능하다. 갤럭시 스토어 셀러 포털에서 타 스토어에서 어플 불러오기 기능도 제공한다.

역사

삼성 앱스는 2009년 9월 14일 옴니아 단말에 처음 숍 인 숍(Shop-in-Shop)의 형태로 탑재되었다. 지원하는 OS는 바다, 안드로이드, 윈도우 모바일이었다.

삼성 앱스에서앱을 추천해주는 S Suggest와 통합되면서 삼성 앱스에서 구글 플레이의 인기 게임까지 검색할 수 있게 되었다.[1]

2014년 7월 1일, 바다, 윈도우 모바일에 대한 지원을 중단하고, 삼성 앱스는 갤럭시 앱스로 개편되었다. (단, 스마트TV에서는 삼성앱스로 유지)


이후, 새로운 이름인 갤럭시 스토어로 변경되었다. 앞으로도 Galaxy Store라는 이름으로 쭉 서비스해 갈 예정.
