겨자기름 또는 개자유(芥子油) 또는 겨자유(영어: mustard oil)는 겨자 씨나 갓 씨로 짠 휘발성의 기름이다.[1]

쓰임새

조미료로 쓰이거나, 신경통, 류머티즘 등에 약용으로 쓰인다.[1]
