Il primo bacio sulla Luna è il terzo album da solista di Cesare Cremonini. L'album, che è uscito il 26 settembre 2008, è stato anticipato dall'uscita del singolo Dicono di me nel maggio 2008. Contemporaneamente all'uscita dell'album è uscito il secondo singolo estratto Le sei e ventisei.

A chi aveva ordinato l'album prima dell'uscita ufficiale è stata regalata anche la versione dal vivo di St. Peter Castle, tratto dal precedente DVD 1+8+24.

In autunno del 2008 parte un tour chiamato Il primo tour sulla Luna per una decina di date, che riporta Cremonini nei grandi club e palasport. Il tour proseguirà poi, in una seconda parte, nell'estate del 2009.

Registrazione

Il disco è stato registrato nell'agosto 2008 nello studio personale dell'artista a Casalecchio di Reno.[3]
