המצור השישי על גיברלטר (1411) היה קרב שהתנהל בין שתי ממלכות אסלאמיות, גרנדה ומרוקו, על השליטה בגיברלטר.

לאחר כישלון המצור החמישי על גיברלטר בשנים 1349-1350, שהסתיים עם מותו של אלפונסו האחד עשר, מלך קסטיליה כתוצאה ממגפת המוות השחור, הייתה קסטיליה טרודה במלחמת האזרחים הקסטיליאנית ותוצאותיה. בשנת 1369 ניצל מוחמד החמישי, סולטאן גרנדה את היסח הדעת של קסטיליה והטיל מצור על אלחסירס, עיר הנמל שבצד המערבי של מפרץ גיברלטר אותה כבש אלפונסו בשנת 1344. מוחמד החמישי הצליח לכבוש את העיר, ולאחר שהפך אותה לעיי חורבות, חתם על שלום עם אנריקה השני, מלך קסטיליה, המנצח במלחמת האזרחים.

ההסכם חודש שוב על ידי יורשיו של אנריקה, חואן הראשון ואנריקה השלישי. בנקודת זמן מסוימת במהלך ההסכמים, השליטה בגיברלטר עברה מן המרינים ממרוקו, שהחזיקו בה משנת 1333, לידי אמירות גרנדה. הסיבה לכך אינה ברורה כל צרכה; יש המשערים כי העברת השליטה על גיברלטר הייתה התנאי שהציבה גרנדה בתמורה לעזרתה בדיכוי מרידות שפרצו במרוקו[1].

בפברואר 1407, במהלך תקופת שלטונו של חואן השני, מלך קסטיליה המטורף, קרס הסכם השלום בין גרנדה לקסטיליה כתוצאה מהתנגשות קטנה בין הממלכות; צי קסטיליאני הנחיל תבוסה לכוח מורי במצר גיברלטר. השליטים של מרוקו וגרנדה נפגשו בגיברלטר והחליטו לכרות ברית ביניהם, אך הברית הופסקה לאחר זמן קצר עקב מחלוקות בין שני השליטים[2].

חיל המצב של גיברלטר מרד בשנת 1410 כנגד סולטאן גרנדה, יוסוף השלישי, והצהיר אמונים לאבו סעיד עות'מאן השלישי, מלך מרוקו. אבו סעיד עות'מאן שלח את אחיו, שמו אבו סעיד גם כן, לגיברלטר בראש צבא שמנה 1,000 פרשים ו-2,000 חיילי רגלים. בהמשך כבש אבו סעיד מספר מבצרים באזור וכן את הנמלים של אסטפונה ושל מרבלה.

מתקפת הנגד של גרנדה בשנת 1411 אילצה את אבו סעיד לשוב לגיברלטר, שם הוא מצא מקלט. בנו של יוסוף השלישי סולטאן גרנדה, אחמד, הטיל מצור על גיברלטר והצליח להכשיל מספר ניסיונות הימלטות מרוקניים. לבסוף, חייל מחיל המצב הנאמן לגרנדה סייע לצרים להיכנס. הם הסתערו על המצודה המורית והכניעו את אבו סעיד, והחזירו את השליטה בגיברלטר לידי גרנדה. הסולטאן אבו סעיד עות'מאן השלישי כתב ליוסוף השלישי שיוציא להורג את אבו סעיד בגלל חוסר הנאמנות שלו. במקום זאת, שלח יוסוף השלישי את אבו סעיד עם צבא בשביל לחולל מרידה במרוקו אך הניסיון לא צלח[2].
