O Rápido Bahía Club de Fútbol é un equipo galego de fútbol que naceu en 1962 na parroquia canguesa de Aldán.

Historia

Foi fundado por algúns membros do lugar de Gandón (Aldán), como Agustín da Costa ou José Novas Herbello, que nos albores dos anos 60 se encargaron de enviar a primeira solicitude á Federación Española de Fútbol. Polo tanto, a historia do club é máis longa do que algúns cren, xa que a documentación existente fala dunha petición para a súa fundación no ano 1960. Nos seus inicios estes primeiros membros encargáronse de arranxar o campo e de equipalo con certas dotacións, como bancos ou un marcador feitos a man por José Novas. A pesar do escaso presuposto co que se contaba o equipo saíu adiante, e os membros unirónse en fraternidade con actos congregativos como eran as comedelas na casa do citado José Novas.

Na temporada 2017/18 xogou en Primeira Galicia. Ese ano agravouse a crise institucional, económica e deportiva que arrastraba, chegando a que durante boa parte da temporada os xogadores sénior non fosen abondos para compoñer un once inicial, polo que houbo que completar as aliñacións con xuvenís. Todo isto derivou en resultados deportivos pésimos. O Rápido non se presentou no último partido de liga, que se debería xogar no campo do UVCD Candeán alegando que xa estaba descendido e que non tiñan xogadores suficientes. Debido a isto, foi multado pola FGF e descendido administrativamente, de modo que xuntou dous descensos: administrativo e deportivo. Por tanto, na temporada 2018/19 compite no grupo 12ª da derradeira división, a Terceira Galicia.

Na tempada 21-22 accedeu a fase de ascenso quedando a 5 puntos do ascenso e na 22-23 cae nos playoffs ante o Pontearnelas. A tempada 23-24 pasou o peor ano da súa historia chegando a perder 4-3 contra o Suuuuuu FC
