San Mamede do Castro é unha parroquia que se localiza no concello de Silleda. Segundo o padrón municipal de 2011 tiña 105 habitantes (49 homes e 56 mulleres), distribuídos en 7 entidades de poboación, o que supón unha diminución en relación ao ano 1999 cando tiña 118 habitantes.

Nesta parroquia atópase o asentamento castrexo da Copa do Castro, ao pé do cal está a igrexa de San Mamede, así como a Estación de Silleda.
