Picassent, en valencien[1] et officiellement[N 1] (Picasent en castillan), est une commune de la province de Valence, dans la Communauté valencienne, en Espagne. Elle est située dans la comarque de l'Horta Sud et dans la zone à prédominance linguistique valencienne[3]. Sa population s'élevait à 20 420 habitants en 2013.
